A Lost Sea Chantey

Where thunderous havoc wreaks
On the heaving shaking wreath
Of boulder strewn beach
Where breakers fizz and sea gulls screech
And lonely Octopus hide
Behind their inky sheets
Fie! Fie! Though blue the sky
With the color of devil's blood
Where the sharks on walrus feed
Beside the bloody reef
With their coral colored teeth
Razor sharp unsheathed
Like lost and freezing rogues
Hugging the firelight's glow
Aw yes blue is the color
Of the devils hungry thief
Where the thrashing sharks feed
On the walrus bloodied reef
Below the deep blue sea
Our hull is ruptured on the reef
Our lifeboats lost at sea
Our ship is listing slipping
The sharks are watching waiting
Blue the color of devil's fire
Beneath the deep blue sea.
